At Race Face, we stand behind our high-performance mountain bike components and apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your ride, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and technical labels are still attached to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
